We are currently experiencing performance degradation due to an issue with our accommodation supplier, MTSGlobe, via TravelGateX. As a result, users may encounter longer loading times for hotel offers in Planner.
We have informed the supplier and requested them to conduct the necessary analysis. In the meantime, we will temporarily disable the supplier MTSGlobe from production to minimize disruption.
