Start: Saturday, 21 February 2026 at 18:00 (GMT+2)
End: Earliest Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 08:30 (GMT+2)

All platforms linked to Tourplan—including Extranet, B2B, VMP and others—will be unavailable during this window. Users will see downtime notifications when accessing these services.

Scheduled - The supplier MTS (Component: Accommodations, Source: TravelgateX) has informed about a planned maintenance of their platform, TravelKiss which may generate a short degradation of a few minutes.

See note from MTS below:
"We have planned maintenance of our TravelKISS platform tomorrow Thursday 19th February 2026 from 06:30-07:30 h CET.

During this maintenance window our XML-API may experience a higher response time or a small degradation in the service, no outage is expected. This is a technical maintenance task, our XML interface will remain unchanged, no action is required from our partners.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

Identified - We are currently experiencing a service disruption.

TripBuilder users may be affected as follows by this issue:

Some itineraries may become inaccessible after adding transfers, returning a "Page not found" error and preventing access to the itinerary.
We are actively investigating the root cause and will send you an additional update shortly.
