We are currently experiencing performance degradation due to an issue with our accommodation supplier, MTSGlobe, via TravelGateX. As a result, users may encounter longer loading times for hotel offers in Planner.
We have informed the supplier and requested them to conduct the necessary analysis. In the meantime, we will temporarily disable the supplier MTSGlobe from production to minimize disruption.

The supplier MTS, who is actually connected via TravelGateX has communicated the following planned maintenance:
"We have planned maintenance of our TravelKISS platform tomorrow Tuesday 25th March 2025 from 07:00-08:00 h CET.
Our XML API may have a short degradation of a few minutes during the maintenance window above. This is a technical maintenance task, our XML interface will remain unchanged, no action is required from our partners."
